7.2.5 Phonecall from Mr. Gunnar "Kjakan" Sønsteby Nov. 17th 1998
At approximately 15.40 hours on November 17th 1998 mr. Gunnar "Kjakan" Sønsteby made a phonecall to FALK International's president Ole Ostlund stating that his sisters name was Gudrun Sønstebø, married name Andersen, born June 15th 1911 and deceased November 4th 1983. "Kjakan" stated his sister never had been married to any head of intelligence service in Norway. He stated he himself had left Norway after the war and returned back in 1950. He worked for Saugbrugsforeningen for approximately 20 years and was only employed by the Aker Group for about one year before he left the company due to differences in opinion with Aker's managing director at the time Mr. Martin Siem. (Mr Siem is known from assisting Israel in taking six canonboats under France custody from Dunkirk to Haifa in New Year 1969.)
Sønsteby stated on the phone that he was never a member of Stay Behind nor Milorg. He had put the war behind himself until he wrote his book "Rapport fra nr. 24" published on Aschehoug forlag in 1960. It is, however, a fact that "Kjakan" as leader of the socalled "Oslo-gang" during the War had close contact with Jens Chr. Hauge. It is more than likely that Sønsteby during all this years has been part of the web to Jens Chr, Hauge.
